In a puzzle for a Mother’s Day pressie?

So, it’s Mother’s Day this Sunday and I have been trying to think a bit more about what to actually get for my mum rather than leaving it to the last minute and buying the last bunch of weary looking flowers I can lay my hands on at the petrol station before I arrive at home for lunch.

It’s always a challenge as mum has pretty much got everything and after 26 years of Mother’s Days being original and different is hard. Also anything I do get has to show her how much I appreciate her and think she is wonderful so another year of tired looking flowers really isn’t going to cut the mustard!

This year I have stuck gold! I’ve found the perfect gift; a pair of goats from Wish List for only £36. Cheaper than a meal out!

The goats won’t actually go to her, but they will be sent to someone else’s mum in a country such as Ethiopia where they will help her to give her children milk on tap.

So much more thoughtful than those flowers and I’ve even given them names; Victoria and Albert!

Check them and other fab gifts out.

Does anyone else have any out of the ordinary Mother’s Day ideas??
