Supporter of the month: November and December

With the launch of our Wish List and Christmas appeal, we’ve really been getting into the festive spirit, however we wanted to take a moment to shine a spotlight on our brilliant supporters of the month for November and December.

November’s supporter of the month…

…is Laura from Northwich!

Laura and her family decided to have a cake sale at their church. They also made earrings, bag charms, phone charms and variety of other craft items to sell, and ended up raising £69.53.

As the parishioners were so generous and supportive of Laura’s efforts, she’s planning another sale nearer to Christmas.

December’s supporter of the month…

…is Amy and her twins Max and Daisy!

They held a ‘Clothes & Toy Swap Shop’ in aid of our East Africa appeal.

People donated £10 to attend, and brought at least two good quality items to swap. Then they could rummage around and take as much home with them as they liked.

The event has so far raised £390 and it looks like everyone had a great time, especially Max and Daisy.

Thank you
