I work in the London office where I'm the Head of Child Protection, aiming to protect children from abuse, neglect, exploitation and violence. This includes tackling issues like child labour, the recruitment of child soldiers, child trafficking, family tracing and reunification in emergencies, sexual violence, and supporting vulnerable families to look after their children, rather than putting them in an institution.
