Katherine Williamson

Katharine Williamson is a humanitarian child protection specialist with ten years field experience in conflicts and disasters primarily in Africa and Asia, and 10 years consulting and advisory experience. She is a clinically trained Social Worker with Masters degrees in International Human Rights Law and Forced Migration. Her areas of specialty include working with children affected by armed conflict, unaccompanied and separated children, and refugee and asylum seeking children. In her current role, she manages a team of child protection advisors and works across the Save the Children movement to strengthen a focus on protecting children in conflict.
